Finish Fit®, LLC offers a 30-day return or exchange on most products. An original sales receipt or pack slip is required for all returns and exchanges.

Items purchased online can be returned by mail. Please note that original shipping charges paid when receiving your package are not refunded as part of your return.

Returns by Mail

Please refer to the packing slip provided in your package. Packages may come with a free return shipping label. Some packages come with a shipping label that deducts $8 from your return refund when used. For large/heavy items that require carrier pick-up, greater return shipping costs may apply.

Some packages do not include a return shipping label. For packages that do not come with a return shipping label, or if your preference is not to use a provided label, you can also simply address the package using the information below and pay for the return shipping with a mail service of your choice. To mail in your return:

  1. Repackage items in original packaging including all paperwork, parts and accessories
  2. Remove all extra labels from previous shipping on the outside of the box
  3. Complete the Return Reason Form on the packing slip and enclose in the box
  4. Apply the provided return label to the outside of the box* OR address the box to:

  1. Send your package via the shipping service noted on your return label. If you are not using your provided return label, send it through the mail service of your choice.
  2. Track your return shipment through My Account at Finishfitstore.com if using a provided return label, or make sure to keep the tracking number provided when using the shipping service of your choice and track via their website

    *Please make sure the original label provided is used (not a copy)
    **Return Shipping charges must be paid. Finish Fit®,  LLC does not accept packages sent as Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.)

Returns by Carrier Pick Up

Typically items requiring pick up by a carrier are oversized/weight. Return shipping costs may apply. To return an item that requires carrier pick up:

  1. Contact us at: 1-855-348-5463 ...EXT. 5 or email us at:  retail@finishfit.com to discuss the nature of the return and to arrange carrier pick up of your item
  2. Repackage items in original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories
  3. Complete the Return Reason Form on the packing slip and enclose in the box
  4. Remove all extra labels from previous shipping on the outside of the box
  5. Place package at the front door for the shipping driver
  6. You must be present when the carrier picks up the item

Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not the correct item you ordered, contact Contact us at: 1-855-348-5463 ...EXT. 5 or email us at: retail@finishfit.com to have a free return label sent to you or to arrange pick up if the item was delivered via a carrier service.

You will be refunded the purchase price as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Refund for Your Return

Refunds are provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, including sales tax, and will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded as part of your return, unless the item is being returned due to being damaged, defective or incorrect.

If payment was by gift card or gift certificate, the return will be refunded back to the original gift card or gift certificate used.

When a reward certificate was redeemed or other discount applied to the purchase, your refund will be for the amount you paid for the item. A new reward certificate can be issued by contacting Finish Fit®, LLC.

Returning a Product under Warranty

Warranty paperwork is included in the packaging of many products or is often available on the manufacturer's website. Please contact the manufacturer directly if you have any warranty questions not answered in your item's paperwork.

To return or exchange an item without an original sales receipt or pack slip, a valid photo ID (see below for acceptable types of ID) will be required and recorded at the time of the return. Information from the ID will be retained in a company-wide database of customer return activity that Finish Fit®, LLC and its affiliates use to authorize returns. Finish Fit® reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of receipt.

    • All returns and exchanges must be new and unused, in the original packaging and contain all original parts and accessories.
    • Returns with an original sales receipt or pack slip will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment.
    • Returns or exchanges without a receipt or pack slip will be offered a store credit for the lowest selling price or offered the manufacturers' contact information.
    • Online orders returned by mail must include the pack slip.
    • Returns with a gift receipt will be offered a gift card or even exchange.
    • Returns where a Reward Card or coupon was redeemed will result in an adjusted refund amount.
    • Special Order items, Autographed Collectibles, and Gift Cards cannot be returned.
    • Certain returns will be handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
    • All exchanges are subject to approval.
    • Electronics and gasoline-engine powered items must be returned in the original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories.
      • Electronics include: GPS, cameras, radios, headphones, fitness technology, DVDs, watches (excluding Apple® products), digital compasses, etc.
      • For Apple products, the following criteria must be met in order to complete a return:
        • Unopened Apple products can be returned to a Finish Fit® store with an original sales receipt or pack slip dated within 30 days.
        • Returns with an original sales receipt or pack slip will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment.
        • All Apple returns must be new and unused, in original packaging and contain all original parts and accessories.
        • Certain returns will be handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
        • Items needing repairs should be returned to the manufacturer or an authorized service center.

    • The following IDs are accepted for returns: US or Canadian Driver's License, U.S. State ID, US Military ID, or Passport.
    • We are committed to the accuracy of our scanner pricing system. If a customer is charged a higher price at point of sale for an item that is advertised by Finish Fit®, LLC at a lower price, we will honor the lowest price.
